Pack 82 is an inclusive Cub Scout unit in Kensington, California. We have members from Kensington, El Cerrito, Berkeley, Richmond and Albany. We’re working together to raise our boys and girls with good feelings about themselves and a genuine concern for others and for the natural world. Ultimately, though, we are here to provide activities that will allow them to HAVE FUN!! Cub Scouts are open to both boys and girls.  Read more about Girls in Scouting here.

Cub Scouts is all about fun and learning activities for kids ages 5 to 13 (Kindergarten to 5th grades), and their parents and siblings.

We meet regularly throughout the school year for outdoor, community, nature, sports, crafts, building and engineering activities.

Some of our favorites are Pinewood Derby car building and racing, weekend camp outs, ice skating, skiing, rock climbing, and this year, an overnight stay at the SS Jeremiah O’Brien.

New members are welcome at any time during the year.  Parents are generally expected to accompany their children to all Cub Scout events.

Kensington Cub Scout Pack 82 is representative of the values and character of our community. We will include in our membership ALL youth and families who wish to join and participate in our activities.
